Release updates

If you sign up, George Bennett stores your email address, chosen interests, consent date and signup source to send occasional game and instrument release updates. Signing up is optional. Your address is not shown publicly or sold.

Signup records are held in private Cloudflare storage. If you request a free MONOLITH download, Resend sends the confirmation and download emails. The email address is supplied to Resend for delivery; unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours and are removed during routine cleanup. You can leave the list with the unsubscribe link shown after signup. Release emails will also include an unsubscribe link.

Records are kept while you remain subscribed. Unsubscribing deletes your email and interest record. A free instrument download entitlement is kept separately without your email address, so unsubscribing does not revoke your instrument. For questions or a deletion request, contact George on LinkedIn.

Website engagement

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic reporting. It also counts actions such as game launch clicks, instrument trial starts and demo plays. These action records contain a project name, action, page path, referral domain and time; they do not contain your email, full referral URL or a persistent visitor identifier. Records older than 90 days are removed during routine cleanup.

The custom engagement tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser storage is used for your instrument trial timer and game progress. We use short-lived abuse-prevention records for signup requests; these do not store your raw IP address.
